Discount tee times are available through the course website. A new clubhouse will be available in April 2014 which should add to the experience.

Great course for the price. Not especially challenging, but the layout is pretty fun.

Yucaipa Valley continues to be one of our favorites. Yes, on this past Monday, the course was being over-irrigated, but that was due to an expected rain the 2 days before (and it didn't). The fairways have improved greatly. Don't get in the rough. You'll be sorry, and the ball will often nestle down and be difficult to find, let alone hit. The greens, except one where I found it in my line to hit through an area recently hit with fungus, are very challenging. Love, love this course, the staff, the pro shop, the snack bar. What a great team.

Course was in very good condition. Narrow landing areas in many fairways provided added challenge.

Course was in great condition and greens rolled nice. No wind like the desert courses. Wish they had a decent clubhouse, or at least a friendly cart girl.

Course could be a good one if they put some money back into it. Fairways are in bad condition. Hit off mats on driving range and they don't even provide enough rubber tees. Likewise rakes for the bunkers. Some bunkers don't even have rakes. Ball washers stink to high heaven.

Great course and fun/challenging to play, Usually quiet when the wind is blowing in nearby areas. Great price and new updated GPS carts. I now play it alot. Greens are tough to read but fair. Staff friendly and cooperative. 5 somes have not been a problem to date. My rounds are about 4-5 hrs.

For years it has always been the poor fairway grass, it is full season grass and the cost of greening it up is way beyond thier means. In late summer you will play in large areas of crab grass which is a shame but again I am sure the cost of grab grass deterent is beyond the course budget. You also will run in to 5 somes way to often. We like the course and the fair price for playing, but know you could have a round nearing 5 hours more often then you would like. If you have a little extra time the course is well worth the buck.

The fee for play is competitive for this level of course. It's now mature; when new, the fairways were not so lumpy; clumps of grass are prevalent. This is a challenging course. I play it at least once a month year round. If you think this course is not worth the money, go play some others within 50 miles that cost half again as much. The staff is friendly, the clubhouse - old, yes - adequate. I'd rather see them put a few dollars into fairway grass, than to upgrade the clubhouse. Great deals on wear apparel and shoes at certain times of the year. Thanks, Yucaipa Golf Course. You provide me with a lot of fun during the year.

need to use grass hitting areas on driving range, not just mats

Course not in good shape. Management more concerned with earning money than upkeep on course. Could be a nice course with a little work and a new clubhouse would also help.

Nice course to play..not to difficult depending on the tees you play. Wednesday group has a 5 and a 30 (87) years and almost blind. Liked by both.

I felt that this course was a great course for thr price I paid. The fairways were in decent shape, the greens were in good shape.I like the overall layout, it's just not that difficult course for me personally, being a 8.4 handicap.

Can usually get on in the middle of the week, but wait for the twilight in the summer. Long almost link type course, but tees can be used by all levels. Shot planning is a must.

Tough greens. fun to play. Players card makes cheaper the more you play.

Course is not kept up. They seem too cheap to put a little money into the upkeep. Lots of bunkers without rakes so you have to contend with footprints in bunkers because they are not raked. The machine that goes through the bunkers once in a while leaves deep furrows which your ball always seems to end up in one. Driving range is mats only because they don't want the upkeep to hitting off of grass. Most tee boxes do not have ball washers, again too cheap to replace them as they go bad. Staff is courteous though and very nice. Price is reasonable. I like the fact that there is no wind which is very nice especially in the winter. Was a very nice course when it first opened and could be again with just a little better upkeep.
